1. Free Trial Policy
InvoiceKart offers a 14-day free trial to all new users. During this period, you have full access to all features of our platform to evaluate whether it meets your business needs. You are not required to make any payment to start the free trial.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only processed if requested during the free trial period (or the designated money-back guarantee period if applicable).
Once your free trial ends and a paid subscription begins, or if you have purchased a lifetime plan and the applicable trial/guarantee period has expired, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. We encourage you to maximize the use of the free trial period to ensure InvoiceKart is the right fit for you.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged. If you cancel after a payment has been processed, your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, but no further charges will be made.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund according to this policy (i.e., you are still within the trial/guarantee period), please contact our support team:

- Please include your registered email address and the reason for the refund request.
5. Processing Time
Approved refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The funds will be returned to the original payment method used.
